1 Month!!
We are officially (as of 15 minutes ago) one month from D-Day... (I looked it up in the thesaurus, but there are NO words to describe marriage beginning with a D. I did find some of their "Related Words" and "Concept Thesaurus" answers amusing.) So... I will rephrase.
We are officially one month from W Day. (which begins with a "D", as in double "u"... ironic.) ANYWAYS... this next month will consist of:
*Finalizing the seating chart.
*Doing a trial run for make-up.
*Making a list of "must have" photos for Lily.
*Finishing escrow. Fingers crossed!
*Packing to move.
*Unpacking in our new home.
*Packing up Kevin's junk stuff.
*Packing for the Honeymoon! Woot! Still don't know where we are going.
*Paying off all the vendors. Yuck.
*Getting a marriage license! Good thing the state of CA no longer requires blood samples, because that could be a deal breaker... me and needles don't get along so well.
*One last session of pre-marital counseling.
*Meeting with the Pastors to get the seal of approval that we pass pre-marital counseling.
*Meeting with our wedding coordinator at CrossPoint to go over the order of ceremonies.
*Finalizing all the details with Vellano.
Not too... bad. Right? ...oh i forgot to mention if have 13 weddings of my own that I'm coordinating at work this month. YIKES.
Let's just say I will be ready for the honeymoon, where ever it may be. Soaking up the rays, sipping an ice cold beverage, and just relaxing. It's out of the country *I do know that much* which means unfortunately my work phone will have to be turned off. Darn. ;)
