32 DAYS!

Well My Friends,

The wedding is just around the corner!!!

I have gotten about 80% of my RSVPs back! It's like my birthday everytime I go to Kevin's and there are more RSVPs for us to open! I forgot how exciting it is to receive "snail" mail. I am getting excited to see so many of you in just a month! I wish the wedding celebrations lasted over a couple of days so that we could spend plenty of time with all the guests that I *I mean* we haven't seen in years (or ever met)! I feel like 5 hours won't be enough time to catch up.  ...Then again, I don't think I would want to plan multiple days of festivities, that would be A LOT of work. I am so excited that Kevin's Mom is inviting all of our family to come to the rehearsal dinner. This will be really nice considering I haven't seen some of my grandparents since high school graduation, and some of my aunts/cousins in over 10 years. I can't wait for tacos and margaritas in their beautiful backyard!

Have I mentioned yet that my Married Maid of Honor is prego? SOOO exciting! She will be about 6 months along at the wedding. Here's to praying the dress still fits, or else we might be having to do some last minute shopping!

Escrow is coming along nicely... LOTS of paperwork, but so far so good. The inspection was last week, and other than a few roof tiles that need repairing, there is no major work that needs to be done on the house! Phew! Such a relief. If all goes as planned, we will have the keys on July 20th, talk about waiting to the last minute! I will move in first, then Kevin will move in after the wedding. I have already begun to pack up my room, and packed a box of Kevin's stuff as well... But Shhh, he wasn't home when I did it, so we'll see if he notices some of his stuff missing. :)

My parents are now going to come down the weekend before the wedding to help me move in. This is great because my mom has excellent cleaning skills and I will put my dad and brother to work doing minor (if any repairs around the house) and rearranging furniture until it is perfect.
Dad and Cooper, just be thankful we don't have a lot of furnitre :).

Oh! And we got the groomsmen's gifts. And I just have to do one last final detail for the bridesmaid's gifts. I also got Kevin's groom's gift.

I still can't believe how time has flown!

Now on to the most difficult part... making the seating chart. Wish me luck!
