Yard Work

Yesterday Kevin and I spent all morning (and a good deal of the afternoon) doing yardwork. Now I know why my parents used to spend weekends out in the yard. There is A LOT to do. I trimmed bushes, picked weeds, and racked up piles of leaves and branches. Kevin mowed, edged, sprayed with weed killer, then edged some more, got rid of the vines that grew themselves onto our wood fence and cleaned up the piles that I was making. And needless to say, even after all that there is still MORE yard work that needs to be done. Did I mention picking up poop even though we don't own a dog or cat (we can thank the community tabby that has been using our patio as shade the last couple of days.)

So after that much needed day of TLC in the yard, here is picture of the patio chairs I got on mega clearance at Pier 1
