So I feel like I have changed my mind quite a bit since the beginning of this planning process. First I wanted all the girls to have different dresses.... but then I changed my mind and now all the girls are wearing the same dress.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this dress!! I just feel bad that I was leading them all in one direction, then made a complete U-turn which has brought us to this dress:
Now for the boys, originally Kevin and I were thinking we are definitely going to go with gray suits, not tuxes. Now I am unsure because the rest of my palette is warm, and gray is a cool color so I don't know if it would flow. AND people have been encouraging me to go with tuxes vs. suits because they are nicer and men wear suits to work all the time (however, I doubt any of Kevin's groomsmen wear a suit and tie to work, well maybe one on occasion). So I am now undecided about that.
Fortunately we are going to Allen's Tuxedo's on Wednesday (don't judge by the website, it's a little outdated). They have over 85 styles of tuxes and suits to choose from. Kevin gets to play dress up and we will know after that what the guys will be wearing.
PS Kevin is thinking matching Vans for all the groomsmen.
The flowers and such are still the same, but I am rumaging through some new improved ideas for centerpieces. I don't know exactly what yet. But here are some inspirations I am going with.
We are less than 140 days out!! So exciting! :) :)
